We'd like to let you know that we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods to us and receive a refund.
Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you package the goods carefully and ensure they are returned in perfect condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price.
Please note that due to the tailor-made nature of the special size cushions, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible
